Synaty Marketing provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising management, and website design and development. Service scope is defined in your individual service agreement.
Website build projects require a 50% deposit before work begins with the remaining balance due on launch. Monthly retainers are billed on the first of each month. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Refunds are not issued after work has commenced.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, responding to review requests in a timely manner, and maintaining legal rights to all content provided to Synaty Marketing.
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. Synaty Marketing retains rights to proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivery.
Synaty Marketing's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
