Go to synatymarketing.ca/signup. Enter your company name, email, and a password. That's it — no credit card, no commitment. You're in.
Your trial dashboard gives you a preview of the full platform. You'll see what each tier unlocks, tour the analytics, reports, messaging, and billing tabs. Locked features show clearly with inline upgrade prompts.
From the Plans & Upgrade tab in your dashboard, select a tier and you'll be taken through Stripe Checkout. Everything is priced in CAD. Or, if you'd prefer to talk first, book a free strategy call and we'll match you to the right setup.
After payment, you'll receive an onboarding intake form within 24 hours. We collect your brand assets, goals, existing accounts (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console), and target market. We go live within the agreed build timeline.
Note: Website build clients pay a 50% deposit to kick off their project. The remaining balance is due on launch day.

Every active client receives a compiled monthly report covering: campaign performance, keyword movement, ROAS, lead counts, top performing ad creatives, and strategic recommendations for the next month. Delivered as PDF + a 20-minute walkthrough call.
Your dashboard is updated with live data pulled from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Synaty uses read-only API access to your accounts — we can never modify your settings without separate confirmation.
Growth and Agency tier clients receive priority report turnaround (within 24h of request vs. standard 48h).

From the Messages tab in your dashboard, type your message and hit Send. Your Synaty account manager receives it instantly and typically responds within a few hours during business hours (9am–6pm ET, Mon–Fri).
The chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of every public page connects you to Synaty's team before you even have an account. Once logged in, your conversations are carried over to your dashboard's Messages tab.
All billing is handled through Stripe. Everything is in CAD. No surprises.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date. You'll receive an invoice by email before each renewal. Cancel anytime from the Plans tab — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Website builds require a 50% deposit at the start via Stripe Checkout. The remaining 50% is due on launch day. Your site is hosted on Synaty's managed infrastructure — we handle the server so you don't have to.
Synaty Marketing is a registered Canadian business. Applicable GST/HST is collected based on your province of business and included on all invoices. Invoices are available for download in your Billing tab.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Website build deposits are non-refundable once scoping and design work has begun. If you have a billing concern, message your account manager directly — we handle disputes professionally and quickly.

SEO compounds over time. Most clients see measurable ranking improvements within 30–60 days and significant traffic growth by month 3–4. We set realistic expectations and show you the trajectory from day one.
SEO requires ongoing work to maintain rankings. Results are durable — but they require consistent effort, which is exactly what we provide.
$799/mo CAD. Campaigns engineered for leads, not just clicks.
The $799/mo is Synaty's management fee — it does not include your ad spend budget. Your ad spend goes directly to Google/Meta from your own billing account. We never touch your ad spend budget — you retain full control.
For meaningful results: $500/mo minimum for Meta, $800/mo minimum for Google. Below these thresholds, the algorithm doesn't have enough data to optimize effectively.

After the final balance is cleared, the design and code belong to you. Your site is hosted on Synaty's managed infrastructure — we handle the server, uptime, backups, and performance so you never have to think about it. Ongoing hosting and upkeep starts at $35/mo.
Apply for your website build at /apply. The intake form takes 10 minutes — and we begin scoping within 24 hours of your deposit.
Manage your profile, company info, and notification preferences.
Company name, contact email, and billing address can be updated from your dashboard. For urgent account changes, message your account manager directly via the Messages tab.
Use the Forgot Password flow on the login page. A reset link is emailed to your registered address and expires in 1 hour.
How Synaty protects your account and data.
Synaty uses industry-standard JWT authentication with RS256 signing. Tokens are delivered via httpOnly cookies with Secure and SameSite=Strict flags — they are never exposed to JavaScript, preventing XSS-based theft.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost 12). We never store plaintext credentials. Card information is never stored on Synaty servers — all payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.
All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. HSTS is enforced. Security headers include CSP, X-Frame-Options, and X-Content-Type-Options.
If you discover a security issue, email [email protected] directly. We take all reports seriously and respond within 24 hours.
No contracts. No cancellation fees. Cancel when you want.
Go to the Plans & Upgrade tab in your dashboard and select Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again.
Your account and data remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind. After 30 days, data is purged from our servers. Export any reports or billing records before cancelling.
If you need a break, message your account manager — we can work something out. Forced cancellations cost us both. We'd rather pause and retain the relationship.
Active retainer clients (SEO, Ads) should give 30 days' notice before ending a service engagement — this allows us to hand off campaign access and close out reporting cleanly.
